Designed for a young American expat, this narrow Chelsea flat was conceived as a true home away from home, and welcoming place for family visits from across the pond. With limited natural light and London’s often-grey skies, the studio incorporated the client’s love of ochre and pink hues in intentional doses to introduce warmth and energy. The sunken garden offers an intimate outdoor retreat just beyond the kitchen.
